For your Holiday at Hotel Dollenberg
Dollenberg indulgence half board Lavish breakfast buffet. Room rates include breakfast. Guests who stay for 3 nights or more with half board can also enjoy a 6-course dinner for €39 per person/night. Guests staying for fewer than 3 nights are charged €59 per person/night for half board. Alternatively, they are welcome to eat à la carte in the Kaminstube or Bauernstube, in which case we shall refund you €20 per person/night. Please note that every Tuesday evening, instead of the half-board option, we offer our kitchen party.
For children under 6, there is no charge when sharing their parents’ room. Children aged 7+ sharing with their parents are charged at €82 per person/night in low season, or €87 per person/ night in peak season. Includes breakfast.
Room rates include VAT and service charge.
7-night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. Between 24 December 2025 and 2 January 2026, a supplement of €40 per person/ night applies.
Local Tax is charged separately at €2.20 per person/night.
Garage parking €24 per day.
Free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
Free use of the DOLLINA Spa & Health and gym facilities. For a surcharge of €25 per person, you may visit the DOLLINA Spa & Health before 3pm on the day of arrival or after 11am on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy
• Up to 7 days before arrival: no cancellation charge except at Christmas and New Year
• Up to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total price except at Christmas and New Year
• Less than 3 days before arrival, upon early departure and no-shows: 90% of the total price except at Christmas and New Year
Rooms with vineyard views enjoy morning sunshine and rooms with valley views benefit from afternoon sunshine.
We cannot guarantee specific rooms at the time of reservation, rooms are booked according to category only.
The rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and until 11am on the day of departure.
Dogs/pets are permitted by prior arrangement on request. Charge: €35 per animal per night, not including food. Please bring your own dog bed. We regret that we cannot accommodate large dogs out of consideration for other guests.

Exquisite distillates from our in-house distillery
The Dollenberg distillery is located in the extensive park of the Dollenberg Hotel. This is where Grandpa Schmiederer used to distill schnaps. And now Meinrad Schmiederer, the hotel director, has dedicated himself to the fine are of distillation, producing exquisite brandies from high-quality fruit varieties and bloodroot. You can enjoy them in the bar and restaurants and purchase them in the hotel's boutique.
